Instructions for use

· When you have completed all the items in red text, the Policy and Agreement is ready to be given to the Driver to sign.
· Do not let the Employee/ Driver take the Vehicle until a copy of the Policy and Agreement is signed and a copy of their driver’s licence has been provided.
